1.1 When using University facilities, all club members must abide by the rules and regulations laid down by the University.

1.2 All members must abide by the rules and regulations of the Hockey Association.

1.3 Should there be an evacuation of the campus, members should leave via the South entrance (Bristol Road), or if that is not available, via the entrance near the Bournbrook grass pitch.

1.4 Should an ambulance be required, the grounds man at the pavilion MUST be contacted and he will contact security who will send an ambulance. You should not ring for one yourself.
